In order to ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality food and service, fresh ingredients are carefully selected, purchased and prepared for each customer before customers arrive for their reservation. After confirming food allergies and consideration of preferences, the restaurant is dedicated to serving only the freshest and finest ingredients available. In addition to some of the reasons mentioned above, and due to the high volume of reservations as well as overlap with other customers making reservations, we kindly request that customers secure their reservation by paying for their course with a credit card or PayPal before their reservation. How to make a reservation

  • 1. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is submitted.
  • 2. My Concierge Japan will check to see if a reservation can be made on the date/time you requested.
  • 3. If seating is available, an email and URL link will be sent to you from where you can complete payment for your reservation with a credit card or PayPal. Please complete payment within 48 hours. Once payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you to let you know that your reservation has been finalized.

  • ※ Please be rest assured we provide a 100% refund for customers (cancellations made at least three days before their reservation).
    ※Changes to the reservation date, time, course, number of people, as well as any food requests, are required to be made at least 3 days before the reservation.
    ※Cancellations made on the day of the reservation, a day before the reservation, or two days before the date of the reservation, will not be eligible for a refund.
    ※Please do not be late for your reservation. Please note that if you are late, there is a possibility that the restaurant may be unable to provide the full course/ a course altogether due to time restraints. We are not responsible for customers that are late or miss their reservation and the restaurant may be unable to reschedule the reservation or provide a refund.

Information on the Different Cuts of Beef

Cuts commonly used for steaks.

① Ribeye
A premium cut, very similar to Sirloin.Highly marbled and has an amazingly soft texture and flavor.

How to order when sharing courses between multiple guests.

Many guests tend to order both Sirloin and Ribeye courses and share them between multiple guests, however this is not advisable as both cuts are very similar in texture as well as flavor. It is our recommendation that you order:
a. Fillet and Sirloin/Ribeye
b. Round and Sirloin/Ribeye
We believe guests can enjoy the different textures and flavors of the cuts with either of the above sharing options.

Similarly, it is our recommendation to combine 2 orders of the same cut into 1 order if they are going to be shared between multiple guests.

Instead of ordering 2 separate courses of Sirloin 170g and Ribeye 180g, we recommend that you select 1 order of 2 combined Sirloin or Ribeye courses (Sirloin 340g or Ribeye 360g). This much thicker serving of meat is great for taking pictures of and juicer pieces of meat can be enjoyed after it is cooked.

Final advice on how to order the course(s) for your reservation.

1. Fillet and Sirloin/Ribeye
Order Fillet, the most premium cut of beef for its amazing near butter-like texture.
Pair it with either Sirloin or Ribeye, both of which have the perfect balance between fat and meat.
Combine 2 or more courses of the same cut into 1 combined order. Example: When ordering and sharing between 4 guests, order Fillet 260g and Sirloin 340g/ Ribeye 360g. (This example combines 4 courses into 2 courses to be shared between 4 guests.)
2. Round and Sirloin/Ribeye
Order Round (or Rump) which is extremely popular among those who enjoy less fattier cuts of beef. Pair it with either Sirloin or Ribeye, both of which have the perfect balance between fat and meat. This way guests are able to enjoy both the rich flavors of Wagyu beef as well as its famously tender texture.
